We are getting married at Georgie's childhood home in a rural Somerset village. This is deep into the countryside: there is no Uber, no public transport options, taxis absolutely need to be booked in advance, and the last minute accommodation option is pitching a tent on the farm.

Travel
If you're flying to the UK from far, far away, we recommend that you fly to London Heathrow (the nearest major airport, about an hour closer than Gatwick).
If you're flying to us from closer climes, the nearest airport is Bristol (approximately 45 minutes drive).
Flying
We recommend driving to the wedding, or at least to your local accommodation, as it is far easier to get around by car than by any other means. You can hire cars at the airport, from providers like Avis, Hertz, Enterprise, Sixt.

Parking
Please park in the field behind Charcroft, to then walk / baraat to the wedding service. There will be signs on the road to the parking, as you will need to drive off the main road down Shave Lane, and then turn left into the field.

Please do not park at Charcroft or at the church (unless you have mobility or accessibility needs) as there isn't enough space to accommodate so many cars.
Accommodation
Please book accommodation in advance, as there are limited options in the deep countryside; we recommend searching AirBnB for accommodation nearby. Beyond AirBnB, here are some local options:
